The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has accused the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in Kogi State of allegedly sharing and squandering N2b palliates meant for vulnerable citizens of Kogi State.

This is even as the Department of State Services, DSS, said on Tuesday that its operatives arrested some officials of the State Emergency Management Agency in the State for allegedly diverting palliatives meant for the citizens.

DAILY POST recalls that the federal government had a few weeks ago shared thousands of bags of rice, a staple food, across 36 States and the Federal Capital Territory in a bid to cushion the effects of fuel subsidy removal, particularly on the vulnerable citizens.
