The Judges Displayed Exceptional Courage – Gov Abiodun Says As Tinubu Win At The Election Tribunal

The executive Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun has reacted after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu won at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja yesterday.

Recall that according to the Independent National Electoral Commission, former Governor of Lagos State and National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu defeated other strong contenders including Peter Obi of the Labour Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP to clinch the apex political seat in the country.

The presidential candidates of the Labour Party, Peter Obi and that of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar challenged the victory of Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the Presidential Election Tribunal in Abuja and their petitions have been struck out by the court yesterday.

Governor Dapo Abiodun stated on his verified Facebook page; “We extend our heartfelt congratulations to President @officialasiwajubat and Vice President Kashim Shettima on their resounding victory at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal held today.”

He added; “The judgment delivered by the tribunal was characterized by its soundness, meticulous detail, and comprehensive analysis.”

The All Progressives Congress Chieftain stated further; “The judges presiding over the matter displayed exceptional courage and dedication in the execution of their duties. The tribunal’s verdict stands as a resounding affirmation of the trust and confidence placed in President Tinubu by the Nigerian populace, as vividly demonstrated in the outcome of the presidential election.”
