The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has warned the newly elected National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Abdullahi Ganduje, about his tenure.

Primate Ayodele said Ganduje would start on a good note but end on a terrible note because he is not the right person for the party’s success.

In a statement by his media aide, Oluwatosin Osho, Ayodele explained that the party would suffer from bad policies under the administration of Abdullahi Ganduje.

He said the party will face several legal questions and that corruption will multiply exponentially in the new administration.

“Ganduje will start on a good note as the national chairman of APC but will end on a bad note. He is not the right person for the party to excel. The party will suffer from bad policies as a result of his chairmanship.

Niger APC Chairman Jikantoro Resigns

The state chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Niger State, Zakaria Jikantoro has resigned

Jikantoro announced his resignation on Friday in a press conference.

He also affirmed his resignation was based on a personal decision.

It is necessary and compulsory for me and as well call an emergency meeting to brief the state executive on the resolution of what transpired yesterday in the meeting.

“Secondly, I, on my own, humbly and voluntarily wish to resign my position as the chairman of the party, the APC, in Niger State.

“This is the reason why I have decided to invite the media to come and cover this meeting,” he said.

Ganduje Choice will Pave way for Reconciliation– Yakubu

A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Abdallah Yakubu has insisted that the choice of Abdullahi Ganduje as the National Chairman of the party would pave the way for true reconciliation.

NAN reports that Yakubu disclosed this in a statement in Abuja while applauding the National Executive Council, NEC, of the APC for endorsing Ganduje, based on wisdom and foresight.

He said, “The choice of Ganduje, therefore, must have been based on wisdom and foresight.

The party is greater and bigger than all of us. I therefore wish to offer my sincere congratulations to the new national chairman.

“To our most amiable President, Bola Tinubu, we can only offer our deep admiration of your unique leadership style. You are seeking to lead an all-inclusive government and party.”

Ganduje was on Thursday appointed the APC Chairman during the party’s 12th NEC meeting in Abuja.

Northern States Governors’ Forum has applauded the emergence of their erstwhile colleague, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje as the new National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

A statement issued on Thursday by the Forum’s Chairman and Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, said Ganduje’s election not only underscored the trust and confidence fellow party stakeholders and members have in him, but reflects his exceptional leadership abilities.

The statement also hailed the election of former Senate spokesman, Senator Ajibola Basiru, as the National Secretary of the party.

He reminded Ganduje that his distinguished tenure as the governor of Kano State demonstrated his commitment to the welfare of the people and the development of the APC, and the nation.
