'PEPT Judgement Does Not Serve Electoral Justice, It Serves The Interest Of The 'Elected' –Sam Amadi

The former Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Dr Sam Amadi, has taken to his X handle, previously known as Twitter, to respond to the ruling of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT) held on Wednesday. According to Sam Amadi, the head of the Abuja School of Social Sciences asserted that the judgment of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT) does not serve electoral justice. Sam Amadi concluded his statement by adding that the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT) decision supports the interests of the ‘elected’ and is the worst kind of technicality.
