Wike did well in Rivers, It was the right decision by Tinubu to appoint him as FCT Minister- Alhaji Shehu Tambaya

Reportedly from the SUN NEWSPAPER, a group identified as the Arewa Youths Alliance for Good Governance and Sustainable Development has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his decision to appoint Nyesom Wike, the former Governor of Rivers State, as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The leader of this group, Alhaji Shehu Tambaya, conveyed this appreciation in an interview with journalists in Makurdi on Saturday. Tambaya also encouraged the newly appointed Minister to ensure that the city remains inclusive and hospitable to all.

As per the SUN NEWSPAPER report, Tambaya expressed: “Our group is primarily focused on promoting good governance and sustainable development.

We have closely examined the leadership approach of Dr. Nyesom Wike during his tenure as the Governor of Rivers State. His administration brought significant improvements to the state’s infrastructure, which resulted in him being recognized as the top-performing Governor in the region.”
