A man, Idowu Altise has narrated his encounter at a primary heath centre in Esie, in Kwara state
Alatise narrated how he took his wife, Elizabeth, who was at the verge of giving birth, to the facility centre
He said when they got there , what they saw was gross darkness as they had to use lamps and Torchlight to find their way
According to PUNCH NEWSPAPER, Alatise said that there was no light and the whole place was dark. He said the hospital was as quiet as graveyard

Speaking further, he said he made effort to ask some of the nurses available on the reason why the hospital lacked power supply and a response was given to him
He said one of the nurses told him that the small generator only powers a section of the hospital while the big gen lacked diesel
