We've Lost 2 Out Of 14days Allowed By Law For Our Lawyers To File An Appeal At Supreme Court– Momodu

According to Dele Momodu, the leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), stated that the 14-day window has gone and their attorneys may no longer submit an appeal with the Supreme Court.

This claim was made in a post that was published on the Dele Momodu Ovation page.

The argument of the PDP candidate for president, Alhaji Waziri Atiku Abubakar, was reportedly dismissed following the recent decision by the Court of Appeal on the presidential election petition case that was instituted on May 8. Atiku subsequently declared that their next move would be to challenge the decision to the Supreme Court.

Dele Momodu expressed his concerns about the delay in receiving the judgment from the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) that was delivered on Wednesday. As it stands, two days have already passed out of the 14-day legal window provided for filing an appeal.
