Man Utd ready to hijack Arsenal’s move for Tchouameni

Manchester United has entered the race alongside Arsenal to sign Real Madrid’s midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni and are ready to hijack the deal from the North London side. The France international is considered one of the most talented young players in Europe, currently plays for one of the world’s biggest clubs. Despite this, Arsenal has expressed interest in acquiring him for their squad.

The Gunners view Tchouameni as a player who can significantly enhance their team and are prepared to make an ambitious move for him. However, the midfielder comes with a hefty price tag of £85 million.

While Arsenal is willing to spend big to secure Declan Rice, some fans may not consider the fee for Tchouameni as an obstacle. Nevertheless, according to a report from The Sun, Manchester United has also expressed interest in the Frenchman.

Man Utd agree terms with Amrabat

Manchester United have agreed personal terms with Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat, according to reports in Manchester Evening . Amrabat caught the eye of several Premier League clubs after an impressive World Cup campaign with Morocco.

It is thought any more midfield additions would be contingent on sales.

Amrabat, who worked with Ten Hag at Utrecht, was part of the Morocco team that reached the semi-finals of the World Cup in Qatar. He also played in last month’s Europa Conference League Final defeat to West Ham United.

Amrabat has a year left on his contract with the option of a further year. As we reported last month, United have also asked to be kept informed of any developments regarding Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.

Chelsea could bid £103m for Federico Valverde

Federico Valverde is Mauricio Pochettino’s next target for Chelsea. Defensa Central reckon the Blues could bid £103m for the Uruguayan, which would plausibly only happen if their move for Moises Caicedo collapsed. However, Real Madrid don’t want to sell Valverde and it’s very hard to see him pushing for such a move.

Chelsea offered chance to sign Milinkovic Savic

Chelsea have been offered the chance to sign Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic for just £34million this summer. The Blues are currently in talks with Brighton regarding a deal to sign Moises Caicedo, but Milinkovic-Savic could prove to be the perfect cheap alternative.
