Tinubu wrote to all PDP governors to nominate people for appointment, none of them can deny it – Wike

During an interview today with Channels Television correspondent, the FCT Minister, former governor Nyesom Wike, has said that the Peoples Democratic Party’s, dare not sanction him over his anti-party activities in the country, as he also claimed that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu wrote to all Peoples Democratic Party’s governors in the country to nominate people for appointment.

During the interview, Wike stated that the administration led by President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu had communicated with governors from both the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), requesting each governor to recommend an individual for ministerial roles within their respective states.

Continuing his statement, former governor Nyesom Wike emphasized that none of the PDP governors in Nigeria can denied the fact that they nominated candidates for appointments during President Tinubu’s tenure. 

He said, “Tinubu wrote to all PDP governors to nominate people for appointment, none of them can deny it. He told them to nominate ten persons each and I said PDP governors nominated people for appointment. Appointment is appointment. Anybody cannot come out to challenge me and say, he never wrote any letter to this people for so and so people to be appointed.
