Tinubu Has Broken The Norm; He Now Walks On The Streets To Interact With People" -Ajuri Ngelale

In a recent interview on Channels Television, Ajuri Ngelale, the Aide to President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Media and Publicity, highlighted a notable departure in approach between the current administration and previous ones.

Ajuri Ngelale pointed out that President Tinubu has broken from tradition by engaging directly with people after attending Friday prayers in Abuja or Lagos. Instead of immediately getting into his car, the President walks through the streets of the facility where the prayers took place, interacting with citizens.

He emphasized that this departure from the norm is not merely for show, but is aimed at establishing a new structure within the presidency to gather firsthand information about the concerns and perspectives of the people.

Ajuri Ngelale also mentioned their intention to transform the previously secluded glass house into an open and accessible space for citizens. This move is seen as a departure from the past when the glass house was likened to a maximum security prison due to its restricted access.

The new approach signifies a shift towards more direct and open interaction between President Tinubu and the people, reflecting an effort to bridge the gap between leadership and the public.
