A chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and frontline security expert, Jackson Lekan-Ojo, has stated that what is happening to Nigerians at the moment is not what that expected from the government of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
It would be recalled that president Asiwaju Bola Ahmed assumed the leadership position of Nigeria after taking over from Buhari on May 29.
It would also be recalled that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has taken some steps including the removal of fuel subsidy.
Speaking on the state of affairs of Nigeria, Lekan-Ojo said he can’t pin point any remarkable thing president Tinubu has done.
He said what Nigerians are experiencing is hardship and it is not what they bargained for.
Hear him “Personally, I cannot identify any remarkable thing this government has been able to achieve. What we have seen across the country is hardship. This is not what Nigerians bargained for. By now we should have been seeing glimpses of what they promised if truly they meant what they promised before the election. ” He told Sun paper.
