President Bola Tinubu has amended the recently reconstituted Board and Management of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), approving the replacement of the Ondo and Cross River representatives on the Board.
His Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, said this in a statement on Friday night. According to information obtain by The Nation.
“President Bola Ahmad Tinubu has approved the immediate substitution of Hon. Otito Atikase for Mr. Victor Akinjo, the Ondo State Representative nominee from the NDDC.
“The President has also given his approval for Mr. Asi Oku Okang, the NDDC’s choice for Cross River State Representative, to be replaced right away by Rt. Hon. Orok Otuk Duke.
The statement continues, “In addition, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, the immediate past Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of the NDDC, is reappointed to a second term and will remain in acting capacity, pending the Senate’s confirmation of his reappointment.”
