Former Nigerian Senator, playwright and human rights activist, Senator Shehu Sani has left Nigerians and social media users buzzing after calling the threat by former militant leader, Mujahid Asari Dokubo to attack Niger ‘comical’.
You will recall that Asari Dokubo in a now viral video said, he and his boys can overrun Niger Republic if Commissioned by the Federal Government.
Reacting to the threat from Asari Dokubo to Niger Republic, former Nigerian Senator, playwright and human rights activist, Senator Shehu Sani tweeted: “Niger situation is like a mosquito sitting on our scrotum. We can’t remove it with Force or violence. The threat by Asari to attack Niger is comical.”
This tweet from the former Nigerian Senator, playwright and human rights activist has attracted reactions from Nigerians and social media users, as some have said he (Asari Dokubo) should go if he thinks it’s easy, while some have questioned why he is attacking Niger Republic, when he can easily go to the North western state, facing insecurity.
