Shehu Sani, a former senator for Kaduna Central has taken to his official X account, formerly known as Twitter to react after French Ambassador refused to leave Niger Republic as ordered by the Junta.
Amidst Niger Coup, it was reported that the Niger’s junta ordered the French ambassador in Niamey on Friday to leave the country within 48 hours, according to the Nigerien Foreign Ministry.
Reacting to the development, the outspoken activist, Shehu Sani took to his microblogging, Twitter page to say Niger Military Junta told the French Ambassador to leave the country and he is refusing to go
According to the former lawmaker, he made it known by asking can an African ambassador behave like that in France if he was asked to leave the country without being escorted to the Airport.
In his tweet, Shehu Sani wrote below:
