Sani Reveals What FG Would Have Done With Confiscated Properties Instead Of Auctioning Them.

Senator Shehu Sani, a Nigerian author, human rights activist and senator that represented Kaduna State at the 9th National Assembly, has taken to his official Twitter platform to reveal what the federal government would have done with confiscated properties instead of auctioning them to themselves.

In his post, the senator wrote that “many FG departments and agencies are still renting office spaces in Abuja, including the National Commission of people with Disabilities (NCPWD), and elements of the Buhari administration just auctioned the FG confiscated properties to themselves, instead of handing them over to those agencies.”

The post of the senator comes as a form of criticism to the federal government for not providing offices for some federal government agencies within the capital city, but the same federal government often auctions confiscated properties which, in his opinion, would have been given to some of these agencies.

Meanwhile, his post sparked a lot of reactions among many of his followers as some of them took to the comments section to give their reasons to support his opinion, while a host of others gave their reasons to dispute him.
