Sept 6: Court Judgments Are Very Detailed And There Is Always A Room To Appeal The Judgment – Yabagi Sani

Nigerians are eager to hear the final judgement that will be passed by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) on September 6, 2023, regarding the petitions that were filed by Peter Obi of Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar of PDP, challenging the victory of President Tinubu in the 2023 Presidential Election.

The Chairman of Inter-Party Advisory Council, Yabagi Sani has reacted to the September 6th judgment while speaking on Arise ‘ Programme.

Yabagi Sani said he salutes the patience of Nigerians as they allowed democracy to prevail.

Ha added that September 6th will come and go, and that one thing that is sure is that the court judgement will be very detailed, as the judges will state why they took certain decisions.

Sani said irrespective of the court judgment, there is always a room to appeal the judgment.

In his words, he said: “I salute the patience of Nigerians since we started this election. They allowed democracy to prevail; those who lost were patient enough to take it to court. Tomorrow will come and tomorrow will go. The court judgement will be very detailed, the Judges will tell you why they took certain decisions, and there is always a room to appeal the judgment.”
