There have been several reactions after former Kaduna Lawmaker, and member of the peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Shehu Sani stated that former governor of central bank, Godwin Emefiele thought he was protected but was left alone after trouble came

The former Kaduna Lawmaker made the post on his page amidst the ongoing situation surrounding the former central bank governor

Recall that the former central bank governor was relieved of his duty some weeks ago by the president after which he was arrested

However, since he was arrested, he has been in the custody of the DSS

Sani, in his latest post said that the former CBN governor thought he was protected but he was abandoned when trouble came

He said there is a lesson to be learnt from the whole situation surrounding Godwin Emefiele
