Presidential Election Petition Court Fix A Date To Determine The Fate Of Atiku, Obi And Tinubu

According to AIT , the Presidential Election Court has set a date to issue the final ruling in the case following the pending petition filed by the People Democratic Party, Labour Party, and other parties challenging the victory of the All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential candidate, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The outcome will determine what happens to President Tinubu, PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, and Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi.

A senior court official said that the PEPC, which is held over by Justice Haruna Tsamman, announced that the Presidential Election Tribunal will render the ruling in its entirety on September 9, 2023. He revealed it to the public as the judgment regarding the petitions filed by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) began to be rendered.

It was reported that the two prominent political parties, PDP and LP have refused to accept the results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) which declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
