Pictures of Maryam Shetty One of the Ministerial nominees from kano state and the immediate past governor of Kano State, Abdullahi Ganduje have emerged online.

Dr Maryam is a physiotherapist who is also a political and social activist. She began her studies in Kano and afterwards attended the BUK School of Physiotherapy, where she earned her BSc with honours. She was nominated as a minister by Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.

Abdullahi Ganduje, the immediate former governor of Kano State, was also elected National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). The All Progressives Congress National Caucus had recommended Ganduje, while the Senate’s immediate past spokesperson, Senator Ajibola Basiru, was being prepared to serve as acting National Secretary.

Ganduje’s election was confirmed at the ruling party’s current National Executive Caucus (NEC) meeting in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja. According to reports, President Bola Tinubu is interested in Ganduje succeeding Adamu. The emergence of Ganduje and Maryam has prompted various controversial reactions online following their nomination by Bola Tinubu’s administration.
