PDP can survive without Wike, I do not know why PDP keep adding him to campaign list – Ossai Success

Ossai Ovie Success, the Special Assistant to former Delta State governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Media, has utilized social media to express his opinion that the opposition party, PDP, is still capable of functioning effectively even without the presence of Minister Nyesom Wike as a member. He believes that by retaining Wike as a member, the party is inadvertently elevating his importance and boosting his self-esteem.

Recently, the Bayelsa State chapters of the APC and PDP National Campaign Councils revealed their lists of members for the upcoming Bayelsa State Governorship election. This move sparked considerable reactions from Nigerians due to the inclusion of former Rivers State governor and current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, as a member of both National Campaign Councils in the state.

In response to these published lists, Ossai Ovie Success took to his official Facebook page to convey his perspective. He argued that the PDP has the capability to continue thriving without Nyesom Wike and questioned the reasoning behind repeatedly including Wike in the campaign lists, particularly given his known history of engaging in anti-party activities.

In his Facebook post, Ossai Ovie Success emphasized that the PDP should reconsider their approach. He believes that the party’s continued inclusion of Wike in their campaign activities only serves to excessively highlight his significance and enhance his ego. He further suggested that the PDP should put an end to this practice and take steps to expel Nyesom Wike from the party.
