In the wake of his insistence that he cannot be expelled from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) despite being appointed as a minister under the APC-led Federal Government, former Rivers Governor, Nyesom Wike has been knocked by renowned lawyer, and chieftain of the party, Barrister Daniel Bwala.
In a report posted on Twitter by Channels TV, Bwala, who served as a Spokesman for the PDP Presidential Campaign Council, was speaking during an interview on Thursday night when he insisted that the former ruling party’s silence towards Wike’s statements and actions was not a sign of weakness.
According to the renowned lawyer, the party’s leadership will expel the former Rivers Governor when the time is appropriate.
He said; “Why we hardly react to what Wike says is because he loves drama, everybody knows that.
The quietness if the PDP is not weakness, the party knows what it is doing. At the appropriate time, he would not only be suspended but expelled. Take that to the bank.”
