It Is no longer news that the court, on Wednesday dismissed the petition stating that it is Pre-election matter
The verdict of the court on the matter has led to series of conversation from several people
Reacting through a post that Kenneth Okonkwo shared on his page on Wednesday, he said he just listened to the initial judgement and saw that the court relied on a purported letter of withdrawer written to APC by Shettima on the 6th of July 2023 to indicate an intention for him not to be nominated for both the position of Borno central senatorial seat and position of the vice president
