Just In: Peter Obi’s petition against Tinubu to be decided first by the Tribunal

According to a news that was published by the Vanguard paper online this morning, it was reported that the Presidential Election Petition Court, PEPC, in Abuja, has disclosed that its first judgement will be on the petition the Labour Party, LP, and her candidate, Mr Peter Obi, filed to challenge President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s election.

It was reported that Justice Haruna Tsammani-led five member panel of the court, commenced sitting around 9:30am in the

Vanguard paper reported that the panel, which is currently taking appearances of lawyers that are representing all the parties involved, said it would skip some of the arguments that were made during the hearing stage, and it will concentrate more on the concluding part of the judgement today.

However, shortly after Mr Peter Obi’s case was called up, the panel also gave the registrar of court the nod to call the petition that was filed by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM).
