I watched how our constitution was turned upside down by those who lack a sense of history – Dele Momodu

Prominent Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) figure, Dele Momodu, has offered his response in the wake of the recent judgment delivered by the presidential election petition court on Wednesday.

As widely reported, the court has now issued its long-awaited and conclusive judgment in the protracted presidential election petition case that has spanned several months.

In this comprehensive judgment, the court has officially affirmed the victory of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate representing the All Progressives Congress (APC), in the nationwide presidential election held on February 25th.

Subsequent to the court’s decision, a multitude of reactions have emerged from various quarters of Nigerian society.

Dele Momodu has voiced his perspective on the court’s judgment, asserting that those who lack a sense of history have deliberately disregarded the constitution. His remarks were conveyed through an official post on the Dele Momodu Ovation page on Wednesday.

In his statement, the PDP stalwart is quoted as expressing the belief that individuals with a sense of moral integrity should respond to those who have disregarded the constitution with compassion rather than anger.
