LP And PDP: You Can't Denigrate The Judiciary Because You're Losing A Case, That Is Not Proper – Biodun Aboye

Biodun Ajiboye, a member of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council for the 2023 presidential election, has alleged that the Labour Party and the PDP are disparaging the judiciary because they have lost a case.

During an interview with Arise Television, Biodun Ajiboye stated, “They (LP and PDP) should always understand that the political system is a combination of them (PDP and LP), us (APC), and even other people, so preserving the political system is very important to us and Nigeria.”

Respect for the judiciary is also important. It is incorrect to begin to criticise the judiciary because it has not gone your way. If you tell me that 176,000 polling units or so had anomalies and you fail to produce a single polling boot with numbers proving such errors, how do you think the judges will take you seriously?

How come they couldn’t find a single witness from their polling unit among their supporters to testify about what happened in their polling booths? You cannot approve and reprove at the same time.”
