Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike reacted to the outcome of the presidential election petition judgement.
According to him, he said he was present in court and he sat not less than 10 hours, surprisingly Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar were absent. He went further to say that the 2023 presidential election was a tough one and he commend the judiciary for opening the eyes of the public.
Furthermore, Nyesom Wike said he believe in equity, judgement and justice. He said he’s happy for president Bola Tinubu and his vice. Also, he said the election petition isn’t a propaganda, rather it’s a presentation of evidence.
Nyesom Wike said he wasn’t surprised with the amount of votes the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi got, but we should praise INEC for a good job during the presidential election. In his word, he made a statement saying;
“I know Peter Obi will not win the election”.

Also, he said half of the problems we have are lawyers. He also said that other political parties should join president Bola Tinubu to achieve a new hope..
