FFK Breaks Silence On The Allegations Against The Judges Of The Presidential Election Petition Court

Former Nigerian Minister of Culture and Tourism, Femi Fani-Kayode (FFK), has broken his silence on the allegations against the judges responsible for the final judgment at the Presidential Petition Court regarding the February Presidential Election. FFK shared his thoughts on the matter his social media page.

In a post, FFK also shared pictures of all the judges and captioned it, stating, “The allegation that the judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court was written and drafted by the President’s lawyers or that they were given a copy before the judgment was formally delivered by the judges is simply absurd.”

He went on to condemn this attack on the integrity of the judiciary, calling it the most insidious and vicious in the country’s history. He mentioned that the inscription referring to the President’s lawyers on a copy of the judgment had been adequately explained by Babatunde Ogala SAN, the coordinator of President Bola Tinubu’s legal team.

Furthermore, FFK added that those making these allegations aim to destabilize the nation through propaganda, misinformation, and disinformation social media. He accused them of seeking to provoke violence, treason, rebellion, and insurrection without just cause, all because they lost the election and have no hope of winning at the Supreme Court.
