SERAP lists names of eight ministers in president Tinubu's cabinet that they will be suing to court

The Socio Economic Rights And Accountability Projects (SERAP) has made public the names of eight ministers who were recently assigned roles by the President of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and whom they plan to take to court.

In a Twitter post shared on their official page on Thursday, SERAP listed the individuals as Nyesome Ezenwa Wike, the former governor of Rivers State; Bello Matawale, former governor of Zamfara State; David Umahi, former governor of Ebonyi State; Gboyega Oyetola, former governor of Osun State; Simon Lalong, former governor of Plateau State; and also Bagudu, Gaidam, and Badaru.

SERAP outlined their intention to take legal action against these individuals, explaining that they aim to prevent them from receiving life pensions, free healthcare, luxurious vehicles, and various other allowances. This announcement has garnered significant attention and discussion across social media platforms.
