Appointing Wike as FCT Minister to demolish oppositions structures will incur judgment- Atiku's aide

The spokesperson of the Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign Council in the 2023 presidential election, Daniel Bwala has reacted to the appointment of the former Governor of Rivers State, Barrister Nyesom Wike as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory.

Recall that at the late hours of yesterday, the portfolios of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s ministerial nominees circulated the social media space,of which it indicated that Wike was assigned to the Ministry of FCT.

Bwala in his tweet on Thursday, however, said that appointing Mr Wike as a Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister with the intention of revoking titles and demolishing structures belonging to political opponents could result in unnecessary drama and potentially expose the administration to court judgments and liabilities.

Bwala wrote, “If you made him FCT minister so he can revoke titles and demolish structures of political opponents, then note that it will be an unnecessary drama that will incur court judgment liabilities on this administration.”
