APC Willing To Receive Wike-led G-5 Into Its Fold — Abdullahi Adamu

Senator Abdullahi Adamu, the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has expressed the party’s willingness to receive the G-5 group led by former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike into its fold. Adamu made this statement during an interview with Arise Television, stating that the G-5 group would be warmly welcomed if they decide to join the ruling party.

Adamu also dismissed rumors of differences between himself and President Bola Tinubu. He asserted that he should be commended for leading the party successfully during the presidential primaries, which ultimately resulted in Tinubu’s victory.

Adamu clarified that his position on the recently elected principal officers of the National Assembly had been misrepresented and emphasized that the issue the APC had was with the manner in which the communication was handled.
