Tanko shared the court’s official document on his official Twitter page as seen in the screenshot below, and conveyed the court’s decision to deliver the ultimate judgment on the petition submitted by Peter Gregory Obi.

In his tweet, he succinctly stated, “The presidential election petition court will deliver its final judgment on our petition on September 6, 2023.”
