You Cannot Because You Are Losing A Case Denigrate The Judiciary, That Is Not Proper – Biodun Ajiboye

A member of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council for the 2023 presidential election, Biodun Ajiboye, has claimed that the Labour Party and the PDP are denigrating the judiciary because they are losing a case.

During an interview on Arise Television, Biodun Ajiboye said, “they (LP and PDP) should always understand that the political system is a combination of them (PDP and LP), us (APC), and even other people, therefore, preservation of the political system is very important to us and to Nigeria.

By extension, respect for the judiciary is key. You do not begin to denigrate the judiciary because it has not gone your way, it is wrong. If you say to me that 176,000 polling units or so had irregularities and you fail to produce one polling boot with figures that will show that irregularities,how do you think that the judges will take you seriously.

How come they could not call one witness from that polling boot among their followers to say what happened in their polling boots. You cannot be approbating and reprobating at the same time.”
