Yesterday, Suleman issued a threat to the actress, stating that he will take her to court for all of the allegations that she has made against him if she does not apologize.
You may remember that the actress had criticized the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries International on many occasions regarding a sexting issue as well as their affair.
The following is what the legal action paperwork looks like:
“DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS CONCERNING APOSTLE JOHNSON SULEMAN: NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST
“Dear Ms Halima Abubakar, Our client is an Apostle and the Senior Pastor of the Omega Fire and Miracle Ministry International, which has branches in all states of Nigeria as well as various nations all over the world.

“It is our contention that you are responsible for the publication of malicious, defamatory, and demeaning statements about our client on a number of micro-blogging sites, most notably Gistlover, as well as under your Instagram handle, Halima Abubakar, both of which have a wider reach within Nigeria and throughout the world.
“These statements, made by you knowing full well that they are false, untrue, malicious, defamatory, baseless, and a tool of blackmail of our client, taint the reputation of our client and reduce him in the eyes of responsible and right thinking members of the society,” our attorney argued. “These statements are a tool of blackmail of our client.”
Halima Abubakar has stated that she is prepared to take Suleman to court in response to his threat to Send a letter.
She posted the message on her Instagram story, saying “JS Suree, see you in the court.”
