A Tailor, Kingsley Ojukwu, businessman, Chief Donald Ijezie, hair stylist, Mrs. Gertrude Umunna, and legal practitioner, Uchenna Uzoukwu, among others, who spoke to The Guardian on the President’s visit, said the decision to host Buhari on the day people were observing sit-at-home in solidarity with Nnamdi Kanu’s court appearance was ill-conceived and insensitive to safety of the people.
