We've Lost 2 Out Of 14days Allowed By Law For Our Lawyers To File An Appeal At Supreme Court- Momodu

Peoples Democratic party, PDP, Chieftain, Dele Momodu has stated that two days are gone out of the 14days that their lawyers have to file an appeal at the supreme court

It is no longer news that the court of Appeal has finally delivered its judgement in the presidential election petition case that commenced on Monday, May 8

It would be recalled that the petition of the presidential candidate of the peoples Democratic Party, PDP Alhaji Waziri Atiku Abubakar was dismissed by the court after which he stated that the next line of action is filing an appeal at the Supreme Court

Dele Momodu has now stated that the PEPC court has been delaying the issuance of the judgement that was made on Wednesday

He said as it stands, two days is gone out of the 14days provided by the law for them to file an appeal
