Femi Fani-Kayode, the Director of the New Media Committee of the defunct All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, has once again shared his views on the ongoing coup in the Niger Republic.

Reacting to this development on his verified Facebook page, Femi Fani-Kayode expressed his frustration, saying that his WhatsApp and phone have been flooded with video clips of Nigerien, Burkinabe, and Malian soldiers marching and chanting war songs against Nigeria. He described these actions as an impudent affront from a group of wild and excitable protesters, comparing them to slavish monkeys, camel jockeys, and desert rats.

Femi Fani-Kayode also reminded people that Nigeria is the only country on the African continent that survived a civil war that claimed over 3 million lives and still chose to remain united.

He Said, “Our traducers also forget that we are the only country on the African continent that fought a civil war in which over 3 million people were killed and not only managed to survive it but also chose to remain together as one.”
