The Former Senator the former senator that represented the good people of Kaduna Central Senatorial Zone, Senator Shehu Sani, has reacted to the ₦139 billion the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, reportedly gave to farmers in Kaduna State, under anchor borrowing programme.
While reacting, the former lawmaker made it known that Kaduna State is the same state where most farmers have been driven home by bandits.
Senator Shehu Sani made this disclosure in a post he made on his verified X handle on Sunday morning. He wrote: The CBN reportedly gave Kaduna farmers N139 Billion under their Anchor Borrowing; a state where most farmers have been driven home by bandits; Chai.”
Kaduna State is one state in the country that has been greatly affected by the activities of bandits and other terrorist groups, to the extent that most farmers no longer visit their farms. The Nigerian Government need to do something about these bandits so that farmers can go back to their farms.
