Amid the ongoing public uproar that has trailed the various judgments that were delivered by the five-man panel of Appeal Court Justices who presided over the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT) in the Federal Capital Territory, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, and former Kaduna lawmaker, Senator Shehu Sani has taken to social media to describe the outcome of the tribunal as ‘magic’.
In a short tweet that was posted on his verified Twitter handle on Thursday, September 7, Sani, who represented Kaduna Central Constituency at the 8th National Assembly (2015 – 2019) on the platform of the PDP, opined that candidates and political parties who had approached the Court Of Appeal hoping for a favorable outcome to their respective cases were instead, dealt with a judgement that was completely different and unfavorable from their initial expectations.
He wrote; “Those who went to Court expecting a miracle, instead met magic.”
