The Niger Military Junta Told French Ambassador To Leave The Country And He Has Refused To Leave – Shehu Sani

The former Kaduna Lawmaker who represented Kaduna central at the federal house of Assembly, Shehu Sani has said that the French Ambassador in Niger Republic has refused to leave the country after the military Junta told him to do so

Sani made the statement while reacting to the recent military takeover in Niger Republic

Recall that the Niger Military men headed by Colonel Abdourahamane Tchiani took over power from president Muhammed Bazoum after they stormed the state house

The issue has since been at the centre of world discussion

In a latest post that Shehu Sani, one of the Chieftains of the peoples Democratic Party, PDP, made on his verified Twitter page on Monday, he said that the junta told the French Ambassador to leave their country but he has refused. He said can an African ambassador behave like that in France if he is asked to leave their country
