According to Vanguard reports, Nigerian international music stars, Wizkid and Tems have reunited for a sensational performance of their hit single ‘Essence’.
The pair gave a performance at the 29th Essence Festival, which took place in New Orleans from July 1 to 2 and drew music fans from all over the world.
Since its debut as one of the songs on Wizkid’s Fifth album, “Made In Lagos,” in 2020, “Essence” has achieved widespread popularity, making it into the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 and earning it two RIAA Platinum awards.
Some of the best musicians in the music industry came together for the US’s 2023 Essence Festival, which will go down in history.

They included the well-known combo Wizkid and Tems, whose hit song Essence, which had a major impact on the afrobeats genre in 2020, had been released two years earlier.
