Strange women, by their dressing, bring strange fire into the hearts of men – Pastor Kumuyi

The general superintendent of the deeper Christian life ministry, Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, shared a video on his Facebook page. He read from Proverbs 23:29, which says, “Thine eyes shall behold strange women, and thy heart shall utter perverse things.” The man of God said, “There are strange fires and strange women. These strange women, by their dressing, outlook, and indirect invitation, will light a strange fire in your hearts. If you concentrate and gaze at them, they can throw away the lead in your kettle, and you might not know what you are doing anymore. You will lose concentration on the Bible and the things of God, and before you know it, you are gone.”

The Cleric implies that in spite of the indecent ways of dressing that abound everywhere, we should not concentrate on them but on the things of God so as not to be swayed from him. He also cautioned against alcohol, which can lead to womanising, according to Proverbs 23:29–35.
