Spalletti demands more consistency from Osimhen

Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti has urged Victor Osimhen to be more consistent as he strives to become better in the new season, Sunday PUNCH reports.
Osimhen scored 18 goals and made six assists in all competitions last season for Napoli to finish third, which qualifies them to feature in the UEFA Champions League.
But even at that Spalletti said he expects Napoli record signing Osimhen to improve on his aerial prowess inside the box.
“Victor Osimhen is an incredibly talented player,” remarked the Napoli coach.
“I expect consistent performances from him.
“We’re yet to get the best out of his ability on aerial balls in the box.”
Meanwhile, the 23-year-old Nigeria international is on the radar of Manchester United and Chelsea according to Italian daily, La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Arsenal last month had a €60m bid rejected by the Italian club.
Should he leave this summer, Napoli has identified Sassuolo striker Gianluca Scamacca as a possible target should the Nigerian leave the Partenopei this summer.
