Soyinka expressed uncertainty about his belief in Project Nigeria
In a statement titled “Fascism on Course,” Nobel laureate Professor Wole Soyinka expressed his doubts about his belief in Project Nigeria.

He also criticized the sanctions imposed on Channels Television for anchoring the performance of the LP candidate.
Soyinka stated that revolution was not about blindly following a symbol, and that when one emerged, it was necessary to examine every aspect of what was on offer.
He offered to engage Mr. Datti, or any nominee of his, on Channels Television’s platform without the interference of media trolls.
