Shehu Sani Reacts As Tinubu Orders Security Agencies To Recovery Anchor Borrower Loan Before Sept 18

Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s ultimatum for security personnel to reclaim the anchor borrower’s loan by September 18 prompted a response from former Kaduna lawmaker and PDP member Shehu Sani.

The president took the decision, according to VANGUARD NEWSPAPER, after a number of loan recipients failed to pay back their loans, holding onto government funds and preventing other residents from benefiting from them.

It should be remembered that the CBN just launched the programme to make cash more accessible and to support the nation’s increased agricultural production.

However, the president has now given security personnel instructions to pursue those who have refused to pay back due to some of those who collected the fund’s failure to make fast payments.

On Saturday, Shehu Sani responded to the president’s most recent action in a post that he shared on his verified Twitter account. He claimed that rice pyramids and anchor borrowers both exist.
