In a trending video since yesterday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s son, Seyi Tinubu, was seen skating on the streets of Abuja with his Department of State Services (DSS) security operatives.
Former Senator Shehu Sani, who represented Kaduna Central Senatorial District, reacted to this development on his official Twitter handle. He pointed out that this situation is emblematic of changing times. Sani recalled that during the presidency of Muhammadu Buhari, the former president’s son rode a power bike. Now, with Bola Ahmed Tinubu in power, his son is roller skating. He emphasized that we are now experiencing a roller coaster ride.
He expressed, “Buhari’s first son rode a power bike and this current first son is roller skating: We are all now on a roller coaster ride.”
In my opinion, I believe it is not a problem for the President’s son to skate on the road with DSS operatives, because they were there to protect him.
