The Senate has extended its congratulations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his appointment as the Chairman of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). The Senate expressed its delight at the honor and esteemed position that President Tinubu now holds as the Chairman of ECOWAS, and it commended Nigerians on this significant achievement.
Furthermore, the Senate passed a resolution stating that Senate President Godswill Akpabio would lead a delegation from the Senate Leadership to visit President Tinubu and express their solidarity and support for him in light of this accomplishment.
