Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the party’ s nominee, may have opted to continue forward with or without the assistance of Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State and some of his allies as the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, launches its presidential campaigns today in Uyo, Akwa- Ibom State, Vanguard has learned.
As reported by Vanguard, a supporter of the PDP candidate said that ” an overwhelming majority of the party” had rejected requests by the Wike campaign for Senator Iyorchia Ayu, the party’ s national chairman, to resign.
Benue State and the North- Central, according to Mr. Abraham Chila, leader of Ward2Ward4Atiku, a significant grassroots organization rallying support for Atiku, will rebuff attempts to remove Ayu, saying the PDP national chairman will not be sacrificed like Chief Audu Ogbeh, who was forced out as PDP leader in the past……..Continue Reading
