Tuchel was ruthlessly cut loose just 15 months after Chelsea defeated Manchester City to win their second ever Champions League title.
It has been a rough start for his successor, Graham Potter, with Chelsea 10th in the Premier League, out of the Carabao Cup and out of the FA Cup by the second week of January.
Sunday’s 4-0 loss to Manchester City, who beat them in the league days prior, saw Disgruntled Chelsea supporters chant for Tuchel and previous owner Roman Abramovich.
A section of the 8,000 away fans at the Etihad Stadium turned on the ownership and Potter as the Blues slumped to a fifth defeat in seven matches.
The travelling fans could be heard chanting ‘We’ve got Tommy Tuchel’ from the stands in Manchester.
Former owner Abramovich’s name was also sung loudly in the away end as their performance was labelled ‘pathetic’.
