The Ministerial List Is A Breach Of Fed Character, No State Is Allowed To Have 3 Ministers – Kenneth Okonkwo

Nollywood veteran and Labour Party chieftain Mr Kenneth Okonkwo has claimed that the ministerial list currently before the Senate breaks the federal character commission act by allocating more ministers than the law allows to some states and some geopolitical zones.

Mr. Kenneth Okonkwo tweeted this on Thursday afternoon, saying that he felt it was necessary to do so for the benefit of peace, order, and good government in Nigeria.

The leader of the Labour Party also claimed that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s All Progressives Congress (APC) is the most tribalistic and nepotistic dictatorship in the world, and that the country is now a long way from democracy and the rule of law.

On the list that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu recently sent to the senate for confirmation, it is clear that some states have many ministerial nominees while others have none. As a result, many citizens of Nigeria have been petitioning the president to take decisive action to protect the nation’s unity by upholding the federal character idea.
