Many Nigerians have reacted to a video in which the President of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, was seen in conversation with the President of the European Union, Ursula von der Leyen. Tinubu, who was declared the winner of the 2023 general elections by the Presidential Election Petition Court, had traveled to India five days before the G20 summit.
In response to the video (Watch The Full Video), Nigerians expressed various emotions and thoughts. One individual commented, “It’s good to see our President engaging with Western Europeans and the US. Western investments will bring along their positive cultures.” This comment reflects the sentiment of some Nigerians.

In my opinion, I see this as a good one, but I just hope Tinubu’s discussion with the President of the European Union will be for the betterment of Nigeria.
